Bible Verses for Self-Confidence: A Christian Perspective

As Christians, most of us do not know or read our Bible as much as we would like. I fall into this category.

Unfortunately, when we neglect to prioritize the Word of God, we miss out on having scripture at our fingertips that can help us through life’s daily challenges.

We at CMHI understand and want to help provide you with that Word!

Welcome to our ongoing series of Bible Verses for Situations. The first installment is Bible Verses for Self-Confidence. We hope as you go through these verses, you find a couple of common themes:

  1. You are capable. Period.
  2. You are capable because your God is capable. Even bigger PERIOD.
  3. Your God loves you enough to die for you and make you a valid child of His.
  4. With the tools God gives us, there is no reason for us not to have Confidence.

  1. These scripture verses are so encouraging, and the email pointing to the blog cane right when I needed it most. I support a close relative living with mental illness and I am believing God for his complete healing. When he seems to be about to relapse, I tend to get fearful. I am resisting that tendency by faith in God’s promises. Thanks for your caring ministry. God bless you all.

  2. I love this new Godfidence series your CMIH team have launched, so timely, as students and Christians teachers are launching into a new school year …and as all of us are wrapping up a season of summer and entering the forest of autumn. I have already printed out your Bible Verses for a solid Christian perspective for self- confidence to share tomorrow during a scheduled “walk, chat & prayer time” with a Christian teacher friend who is seeking our Lord God’s daily: provision & His Glory, as she starts a new position in her school next week. I pray our Lord God’s continued equipping and use of you CMIH!
